SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping in the UK is free and takes 3-5 working days. You will be kept up to date by the carrier via email. If you require your order urgently please contact us at info@dearprudence.co.uk and we will do everything possible to accommodate.
International shipping is £25. Delivery times will vary. You will be kept up to date by the carrier via email. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. dearprudence is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
Please note, dearprudence is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. dearprudence is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).
International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.
We are not able to mark merchandise as a 'gift' or of 'no commercial value'. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us.
If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £4.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. Please email us for your returns label.
We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@dearprudence.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.
Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.
International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
